All Commissionaires are required to attend and pass the Commissionaire Qualifying Course. This 48 hour course runs for six days, includes first aid training and meets the standards established by the Canadian General Standards Board (CGSB) for security guards.
All Commissionaires must pass the Public Works Government Services Canada security clearance requirements and a criminal records check.
