A major factor in the success of CNS has always been customer satisfaction. To ensure that we consistently provide quality service, we sought and obtained an ISO 9002 registration in 1997, the first security company of its kind in North America to receive this certification. In July 2003, we were successful in obtaining an ISO 9001:2000 registration
(the latest ISO standard)
issued by SGS International Certification Services Canada Inc.
CNS is committed to management practices that place our clients and the quality of our services at the top of our agenda. One of our quality objectives is to “provide services of uncompromising quality to our clients”. In conjunction with each client, we develop Site Work Instructions and put into place a structured process for reporting and correcting non-conformances. Our management team, together with our internal auditors, ensure that we deliver services as promised. |
